“I Have A Track With Julian Marley,” Bella Shmurda Says At Hypertension Listening Party
Bella Shmurda, a rising street-hop musician, had a listening party for his new EP, Hypertension, on voice chat social platform Clubhouse, where he entertained listeners with songs from the EP and also addressed their questions.
The listening session, held on July 5th at 8pm West African Time, was in partnership with music community, WeTalkSound, and saw Bella comment on the significance of his project title, the drop, and the reason for it being a solo project with no features. During the question and answer session, Bella was asked by a listener if he had a track with British-Jamaican singer, Julian Marley, son of late reggae Icon, Bob Marley. Bella Shmurda replied in the affirmative, saying “I have a track with Julian Marley.” Actually, there are two tracks. They simply contacted me, and we made it happen.”
The singer also mentioned that he is proud of having a tune with Jamaican musician Popcaan in his portfolio of features. The Hypertension EP by Bella Shmurda is slated to be released on Friday, July 9th, with the first single, Party Next Door, already making waves.
