At the United Nations Headquarters in New York, Yoruba Nation agitators and other self-determination groups have arrived.
The protestors carried banners with various inscriptions.
Professor Banji Akintoye, the Chairman of the Nigerian Indigenous Nationalities Alliance for Self-Determination, had previously announced that a Million-Man Freedom March would take place in front of the United Nations Headquarters in New York, USA, from September 14 to September 24, 2021.
The protest, according to Akintoye, is intended to show the world “the genocide being done by killer herdsmen in the name of grazing in Nigeria’s south and middle belt.”
The people of the South and Middle Belt, according to the renowned historian, want to show the world the crimes against humanity, attacks on press freedom, free expression, and other criminalities perpetrated by Nigeria’s Buhari-led administration.
The indigenous peoples of the NINAS regions, according to the octogenarian scholar, are requesting that a regional referendum be held so that the people can vote on their nationhood.

“We, the Indigenous Peoples of Nigeria, gather today at the United Nations Headquarters in New York to alert the UN, and the rest of the Global Community that the Union of Nigeria has failed irredeemably; and is now on the verge of a Violent Disintegration with Catastrophic Consequences for Global Peace, and Security as our population of over 190 million people,” the agitators wrote in a letter to the UN.
“Amid the extraordinary difficulties posed by the imposition and enforcement of Sharia by a section of Nigeria in a supposedly Secular Union, the immediate cause of this looming catastrophe is the Cocktail of Mass Killing, Kidnapping, and General Banditry being orchestrated against Nigeria’s Indigenous Peoples by an invading Fulani Militia masquerading as Herdsmen in an undisguised Ethnic War.
The Fulani Herdsmen Militia, dubbed the Fourth Most Deadly Terrorist Group, proudly accepts responsibility for the murderous exploits of the Fulani Herdsmen Militia.
“The UN Security Council is presently considering an online petition articulating the demands of that Constitutional Force Majeure Proclamation.
“That Nigeria has failed as a state is no longer debatable, having emerged as the Global Poverty Capital and Playing Host to Two of the World’s Top Four Most Deadly Terrorist Organizations, with Three-Quarters of the Constituent Components (South and Middle Belt) Seeking Urgent Extrication by Way of Referendums from what has become a Union of Death.”
